We are producing our products in France so all of the items will be shipped from here. We are using adapted shipping methods regarding your location. We guarantee to use the most secure and fastest shipping methods for all your orders.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order to confirm it. Careful, your order confirmation e-mail can be hidden in your spam.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. However, a family member or colleague may sign on your behalf. If you will not be available to accept delivery, consider shipping to your workplace. Alternatively, a notice will be left notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a reshipping fee.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
Exchanges and returns are accepted until 14 days after the item is received. Customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number before return. We don’t provide a return label, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned for sanitary causes (example : earrings). If so; the mention " This item cannot be returned or exchanged " is always specified in the product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
